Return Policy & Refunds:

All Sales are final unless the customer can point to one of the following items as being the reason they are requesting a refund:

1.  That JustRopes made one of the following errors:

A.  The wrong item was shipped to the customer.
B.  The wrong color of a particular item was shipped to the customer.

If either of these is the case and the origional packaging is not opened, then the customer can return the package for a full refund.  The customer should only ship the product back via UPS ground.  We will refund the customer for the purchase of the product via the method in which they paid for the product originally (ie. credit card gets a credit card refund) and we will send a check to reimburse the customer for shipping costs incurred.  A copy of the shipping receipt must be sent along with the returned product to recieve reimbursement for shipping costs.  Refunds will only occur once JustRopes has recieved the item(s).  Once the origional packaging has been opened we assume that the customer has deemed the product(s) are satisfactory and we will no longer accept the return of the item.

2.  If there is a Manufacturer defect then the customer should directly contact the Manufacturer.  JustRopes will assist the customer in contacting the Manufacturer though the Manufacturer of the product decides the final remedy.

3.  If the Customer would like to return the item and the origional packaging is not opened, then the customer can ship the item back at the customers expense and receive a refund for the cost of the item only, via the method in which the customer had paid for the product (ie. credit card payment receives credit card reimbursement).
